Orders under £15.00 = FREE
Orders £15.00 to £29.99 = FREE

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Orders

should arrive within 1 to 7 working days of your order dispatch date. Larger items such as hand bags can take a little longer please allow 3-14 working days for delivery.

Please note, any order that is returned to us, will be charged for the postage cost to re-deliver the item.

Please be aware any order that is returned to us due to

lack of a signature or any other reason, will be charged again for postage to re-deliver the item. Another address may be requested in this circumstance. Also be aware that personalised items will take longer to ship as they are hand made to order so depending on the quantity ordered please expect 7 – 14 days for UK deliveries.

At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait an additional 6 working days on top of the original quoted dispatch times.

Any customs or duty charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Kitsch Kaos utilizes the latest in secure server software (SSL) to ensure that all personal information, including credit card details, remains private and secure. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.

When you input your personal details they are stored internally for your own interest, essentially to track the status of your previous orders.


We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you

The only information we store independently is your name and email address once you have subscribed to our newsletter section by filling in the registration form. The only mail received in this instance will be exclusive to Kitsch Kaos, in the form of sales, competitions and upcoming events etc. The provision of this information is optional. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time by clicking the link within the emails themselves.

You can access all your specific personal information by logging into your own account with the username and password you created when you registered with us.

This privacy policy only covers the websites at www.kitschkaos.com and www.kitschkaos.co.uk. Links from this website to external websites are not covered by this policy. By continuing to use this site you are considered as understanding and agreeing to the contents of this statement.

We accept returns or exchanges for non-custom items. Simply email us the reasons for your doing so to:

This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund (minus shipping charge) or exchange. Returned items without prior notification may not be processed. Exceptional cases of unforeseen circumstances will be considered. Please feel free to email us with any questions or queries to the below address.

Please send all items back in perfect condition including all tags and packaging unopened. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant, hair-spray or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.

Please note that some non-custom products are non-returnable also, this is for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings, make-up or hosiery) or practical reasons (e.g. magazines / posters/ post cards etc.).

You will need to include the product code, your name, address, phone number and email plus your order date /number (if known) and payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal).

Please note that your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. The time frame that funds are credited back to your account will be dictated by your bank or creditor not us.

Refunds/exchanges will not be issued for goods that are not received or that were lost in transit from yourselves to Kitsch Kaos. The cost of returning the item to us is your own responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery which also provides you with proof of posting to protect your own rights.

Any returned items will be refunded or, where applicable, an exchange sent immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. You will be notified by email as soon as this has been done. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
