Kitsch Kaos only use the following 2 methods of delivery for all sizes of Customer Order/s. These are as follows: Royal Mail Special Delivery (which comes with Insurance coverage up to the full value of the contents of all Order/s and a tracking facility) and UPS Delivery Services (which comes with Insurance coverage up to the full value of the contents of all Order/s and a tracking facility).

All Orders that are sent out to Customers are covered up to the full value of their contents. Each delivery will be barcoded, given an individual Consignment Number (for Online tracking purposes) and will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. The Customer accepts full responsibility for the signing of said Order/s. Furthermore Kitsch Kaos accepts no responsibility for the tracking of said Order/s once they are in transit. If any Customer wishes to track their individual Order/s they should feel free to contact Kitsch Kaos and request the relevant Consignment Number/s on the following email address:

Please be aware any order that is returned to us due to lack of a signature or any other reason, will be charged again for postage to re-deliver the item.

As mentioned earlier, Kitsch Kaos accepts no responsibility for the safety of any Order/s once they are dispatched for delivery to the relevant Customer/s. If any Order/s are lost, delayed or delivered in any state of damage it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to pursue the relevant issues themselves. Any Customers that find themselves in the unlikely circumstance of this happening should feel free to contact Kitsch Kaos and request the relevant Consignment Number/s for said Order/s on the following email address:

Please note Kitsch Kaos cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed once despatched both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.

At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait an additional 6 working days on top of the original quoted dispatch times.

Any customs or duty charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

The only mail received in this instance will be exclusive to Kitsch Kaos, in the form of sales, competitions and upcoming events etc. The provision of this information is optional. You can unsubscribe from our updates at any time by clicking the link within the emails themselves.

You can access all your specific personal information by logging into your own account with the username and password you were assigned when you registered with us.

Damaged / Lost / Delayed goods (in Transit) = Kitsch Kaos accepts no responsibility for the safety of any Order/s once they are dispatched for delivery to the relevant Customer/s. If any Order/s are lost, delayed or delivered in any state of damage it is the sole responsibility of the Customer to contact the Company responsible for the delivery (Royal Mail / UPS) and address the relevant issues with them directly. Any Customers that find themselves in the unlikely circumstance of this happening should feel free to contact Kitsch Kaos and request the relevant Consignment Number/s for said Order/s.

Refunds = Kitsch Kaos in no circumstances accepts any requests for refunds, from Customers, for any reason/s. Furthermore, Kitsch Kaos is in no way obliged to offer refunds, to Customers, for any reason/s. Where relevant, replacements will be given, if said situations deem it necessary at the discretion/judgement of Kitsch Kaos.

Refunds = Any damage to, loss of, or theft of any Kitsch Kaos products, once they have been dispatched to the Customer for delivery are in no way the responsibility of Kitsch Kaos. As such Kitsch Kaos reserves the right to deny any replacements, refunds or compensation payments for said items.

Each and every Kitsch Kaos product is individually hand made in accordance with Customer Order/s. No items are made and held for stock purposes at any time. As such, all Kitsch Kaos products go through a meticulous Quality Control process. Each product line is designed by Kitsch Kaos for Kitsch Kaos. By this it is meant that the products are designed and manufactured with Our own tastes and preferences in mind. This benefits all Kitsch Kaos Customers as they can guarantee that all product lines have been extensively researched, road-tested and worn frequently prior to being released for Wholesale / Retail distribution.

Furthermore, prior to each and every Order being dispatched for delivery to Customers, Kitsch Kaos personally check all complete items as they are packed and sealed both for faults, packaging flaws and finally to confirm that the products match fully the items listed on each relevant Order Form. As a result of this extended quality control process, Kitsch Kaos accepts no responsibility for damages to products that may occur once said Order/s have left Kitsch Kaos.

All Orders that are sent out to Customers are done so with the appropriate level/s of Insurance coverage. Kitsch Kaos accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of said Order/s when in transit. Kitsch Kaos also accepts no responsibility for the chasing up of any lost Orders or the pursuit of any claims for Orders damaged in transit should such an incident occur.
